Raider level, from wherever yours is now to the one you pick, up to 75, the cap. Your Raider is leveled on your account, and the order covers only the levels in between. Higher levels cost more per level.
Level 15 is the first stop worth knowing about, because it opens the weekly Trials. Set your level now and your goal on the offer, and pick your platform: PC (Steam or Epic Games), PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S.
If you also want the workshop, stash and Coins sorted, one of the bundles may fit better than levels alone.
