Yes. Nothing is added at checkout or after it, whichever way you pay. If you pay in crypto, the only extra is the network fee your wallet or exchange charges.

Yes. For your first order, leave your email in the “5% off your first order” box that pops up on the site, and you get a code. After that it comes off by itself when you're signed in, counted from your closed orders with that email or account: 5% off the 2nd order, 10% off the 3rd and every one after it. Only one discount applies to an order, the largest.

A card or PayPal payment is confirmed automatically, usually by the time you're back on your order page. A crypto payment is confirmed as soon as the network clears it; at night, in the morning. The order never expires and its page updates on its own. Sent a different amount or used another network? Write in the order chat with the transaction ID and we'll check it.

Yes. Send a custom request: pick the game, describe the job and suggest your price. Seen it cheaper? Say where and for how much. A manager answers on your request page, and if it's a yes, you get a link to buy it.

When the work is finished, screenshots of the result appear on your order page, and we email you that the order is ready. Check them, then press “Everything's there” to close the order, or “Something's not right” to tell us what to fix. If you don't answer, the order closes on its own when the time to check runs out; the timer is on your order page.
