1.About Boost42.gg

Boost42.gg is a game boosting shop. We've sold boosts for 6+ years: 20,000+ orders delivered in our G2G store.

When we say “we”, we mean the Boost42.gg team. “You” means the buyer who places an order.

We are not connected to any game developer or publisher. Game names, logos and artwork belong to their owners.

2.Who can order

• You are 18 or older, or you have a parent's or guardian's permission.
• The game account is yours, or you're allowed to use it.
• The details you give us are correct: your email and, if the offer needs it, your login.

3.Prices and payment

• Prices are in euros. Other currencies are shown for reference: you pay the euro price.
• The price you see is final. Nothing is added at checkout or after it. Paying in crypto, the only extra is the network fee your wallet or exchange charges.
• Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay: through PayPal, in PayPal's secure fields on our page. No PayPal account needed; your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.
• PayPal: pay from your PayPal account on the same secure page.
• Crypto: BTC, LTC, ETH or USDT (ERC-20 or TRC-20). You get the exact amount, the address and a QR code.
• Binance Pay: USDT from your Binance account to our Pay ID, with no fee. You get the exact amount, the Pay ID and a reference for the note.
• We never see your card number: PayPal handles it. A card or PayPal payment is confirmed automatically.
• A crypto amount holds for 1 hour; after that, your order page gives you a fresh one. The order itself never expires. We confirm a crypto payment as soon as the network clears it; at night, in the morning.

4.Your order

• Work starts from 30 minutes after payment, or within 30 minutes with Instant start. GTA 5 on consoles takes longer: those offers show their own time and have no Instant start. Instant start (+10%, at least €1): we start within 30 minutes of payment, or of the moment you send your login when the offer needs one; if we start later, the Instant fee goes back onto your Boost42 balance. This needs a Boost42 account with the order's email; a guest order gets no balance back. Priority (+20%) can be added to any start speed: your booster puts the order ahead of the others and plays it as fast as possible. Pre-orders start on the game's launch day, shown on the offer.
• Your order page shows each step: Paid → Work → Ready to check → Closed. The chat with our support is right under it. The page updates on its own, and we email you when the payment arrives, when the order is ready to check and when it closes.
• If the offer needs your login, send it after payment, only through the encrypted form on your order page. Never in the chat or by email.
• Offers delivered in the game need no login.
• If you gave us your login, stay out of the account until the screenshots of the result are on your order page. Need it sooner? Ask in the order chat first.
• Don't change the password or email of the game account while the order is in progress.
• If the game asks for a code at sign-in, stay reachable in the order chat so we can ask you for it.
• Want to watch? Some orders can be streamed on request. Ask in the order chat before the work starts.

5.Delivery and closing the order

• When the work is done, screenshots of the result appear on your order page, and we email you that the order is ready. The screenshot from the start of the work is there too.
• Check them. Press “Everything's there” to close the order, or “Something's not right” and write what to fix. Your note goes to the order chat, and our support answers there.
• If you don't answer, the order closes on its own when the time to check runs out. The timer is on your order page.
• The order chat stays open after the order closes.
• Once the order is closed, Trustpilot emails you an invitation to leave a review. Your order page also has a “Leave a review on Trustpilot” button.

6.Risk levels

• Every offer shows its risk level before you pay: Fully safe, Low risk or Medium risk. We don't sell high-risk work. What each level means is on How risk works.
• By buying an offer, you accept the risk level shown on it.
• If your account is suspended for good because of our order, we refund the order in full; on a Medium risk offer a temporary suspension means we do the order again for free. The details are in our Refund policy.

7.Refunds

Not happy with the result? We fix it or refund you in full.

Once the work has started, changing your mind refunds the part that isn't done yet, not the full amount. If something went wrong because of us, we refund everything.

8.Discounts, balance and partners

• First order: 5% off with the code you get when you join our discount list.
• Returning buyers: 5% off the 2nd order, 10% off the 3rd and every order after it. No code needed: sign in, and we count your closed orders with that email or account.
• A partner's code gives no discount. A friend's code gives you 5% off, and your friend gets 10% of your first order as store credit, up to €10.
• One discount per order. If more than one applies, you get the biggest.
• Your Boost42 balance is spent at checkout. It can't be withdrawn as money.
• A refund returns what you actually paid, not the discount. It also cancels any partner commission or friend credit earned on that order.
• Partners earn under the terms on the Partner program page.

9.What we don't accept

• Abuse or threats toward our support or boosters.
• Payment fraud, or saying an order wasn't delivered when it was.
• Asking for money back with the threat of a bad review.
• Arranging orders with a booster directly, outside Boost42.gg.
• Ordering for an account you have no right to use.
• Trying to break into the site or into other people's orders.

For any of these, we may refuse or cancel the order and close the Boost42.gg account that placed it. If the work hasn't started, we refund the payment in full.

10.Our responsibility

• We do the work described in the offer, at the risk level shown on it.
• If something goes wrong because of our order, the most we owe is what you paid for that order.
• We're not responsible for what we don't control, such as game updates, server outages or your internet connection.
• We're not responsible for what other sellers or services did on your account before your order with us.
• How long the work takes depends on the order. If it runs longer than expected, we tell you in the order chat.

11.Your account on Boost42.gg

You don't need to sign up to order. If you do, keep your password to yourself: we never ask for it.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See our Privacy policy.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

An order follows the terms in place on the day you paid for it.
