Privacy policy

1.What we collect

• Your email. It's all you need to order, and your order letters go to it.
• A Telegram or Discord name, if you give one at checkout or in the chat.
• Your Boost42.gg account, if you make one: your email and password. The password is stored only as an Argon2 hash that nobody can read, not even us.
• Your name and profile picture, if you sign in with Google or Discord.
• Your orders: what you bought, the price, any code you used, and how you paid. For crypto: the coin, network, amount and transaction ID. For Binance Pay: the amount, the order reference and the payer's Binance name. For a card or PayPal: the payer's name, email and country, and the transaction ID, from PayPal. We never see card numbers.
• Where you came to us from (a search engine, a partner link or another site), saved with your order. If it was one of our Google ads, also the ad click's ID and the campaign and keyword in the ad's link.
• Your game login, only if the offer needs it: after payment, through the encrypted form on your order page.
• Screenshots of your game account from the work: at the start, at the end, and in between if you ask. They're on your order page.
• Messages and pictures you send in the site chat or the order chat.
• Custom requests, “Found it cheaper?” requests and partner applications, with what you write in them.
• Your email on our discount list, only if you join it.
• The IP address of each sign-up and sign-in, the IP address and browser you close an order from, and security logs.

2.How we protect your game login

• It's encrypted with AES-256 the moment it arrives, and the key is kept apart from the data.
• Only our staff can open it, and every opening is logged: who, when and from where. Your order page shows the count.
• When the order closes, your login is locked automatically and the booster can no longer open it.
• It never goes into an email, a log, a chat or a staff alert.
• We never change your email or password.

3.What we use it for

• To deliver your order and keep you posted on it.
• To confirm payments and send refunds.
• To give returning buyers their discount: we count closed orders with the same email or account.
• To sign you in and protect your account.
• To answer you in the chat.
• To ask for your review on Trustpilot once the order is closed.
• To send discounts, only if you joined the list.
• To pay partners their share.

4.Who sees it

• Our staff, each only what their work needs. Boosters never see your email or contact.
• The services that run the site: hosting in the European Union, email delivery, and a security check that keeps bots out.
• PayPal, if you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal: the card goes into PayPal's secure fields or window, under PayPal's own privacy policy. We send it what you bought and the price. It sends us the payer's name, email and country, and the transaction ID. The card number never reaches us.
• PayPal again, if you open a dispute about a payment: we send it the order's record, that is the screenshots, the chat, and when and from where the order was closed.
• Trustpilot, once your order is closed: we send it your email and the order reference, nothing else, and it emails you an invitation to leave a review.
• Google or Discord, only if you sign in with them. We can't post or change anything in those accounts.
• Google Ads, if you came from one of our ads and paid: the ad click's ID, when you paid and what the order brought us, so we know which ads work. Never your name, email or game login.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with game developers or advertisers.

5.Cookies and browser storage

• We use only the cookies the site needs to work: your sign-in, your language and your currency.
• When you sign in or place an order, your browser gets a random number. We use it only to stop discount codes being misused, and we store only a scrambled copy.
• Your browser keeps your cart, theme, recent orders and chat, a partner code from a link for 6 months, where you came from for 30 days, and a click on one of our Google ads for 90 days.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without cookies.

6.Emails we send

• About your order: payment received, ready to check, order closed.
• About your account: confirm your email, reset your password.
• Discounts, only if you joined the list.
• From Trustpilot, once your order is closed: an invitation to leave a review.
• We ask for your game login only on your order page, never by email.

7.How long we keep it

• Orders and payments: as long as we need them for support, refunds and our records.
• Your Boost42.gg account (your email and order history): as long as you use it. Ask us and we'll delete it.
• Game logins you send for an order: kept encrypted. When the order closes, they're locked automatically: neither the booster nor our managers can open them any more. Six months after the order closes they are deleted automatically.
• Chats: so we can see the history when you write again.
• Your place on the discount list: until you leave it.

8.Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct your email or contact.
• Delete your account on Boost42.gg. Orders already placed stay in our records.
• Leave the discount list at any time.

Write to us in the chat, or email us from the address you used with us.

9.Children

Boost42.gg isn't meant for children under 13. If you think a child sent us their data, write to us and we delete it.

10.Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
