When we log in
Some offers are delivered without anyone logging in. For the rest, here’s how we handle your login.

You see how often we open it
Every time staff open your login, we log who, when and from which IP address. Your order page shows the count.
What we never do

If something goes wrong
Support answers
Write in the chat on your order page and our support replies there. New messages show up on their own.
Press “Something's not right” and write what to fix. Not happy with the result? We fix it or refund you in full.
Card and PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal, crypto in the same coin and network.
