The level boost takes your character from the level you have now to the one you pick, up to 63: main quests to 61, then grinding at monster zones for 62 and 63, the levels that take the longest and cost the most. Each level is priced on its own, so a shorter climb is cheaper. Levels 1-63 takes one character all the way in one order, and Levels 1-61 + Awakening or Succession takes a character on a normal server to 61 with its full skill set, usually in 5 to 8 hours.
