Keys running low before a push? Nephalem Rifts cleared on Torment XVI, for Greater Rift keystones, Death's Breath, gold and legendaries. Five runs usually bring 11 to 15 keystones. Needs a level 70 character.
It refills your keys and brings Death's Breath and legendaries along with them. If you would rather have a fixed number of keys than a number of runs, Greater Rift keystones sells 60, 120 or 240.
