Goku and Vegeta are at level 210+, Gohan at 170+ and everyone else at 100+, well past the base game's ceiling. For immortality and 9999 of every item on top, look at the modded save next to it. PS4 or PS5; you need the game.

On PS5 the account needs its own active PlayStation Plus, not one shared from another account. On PS5, once the save is on your account: Settings > Saved Data > PS5 > Download From Cloud, download the game's saves before you start the game, then Load and pick a save.
