Pick the level you are at and the level you want. Up to about 60 the campaign does most of the work; after that we level on waystone maps, and from 90 each level takes much longer, so the price per level rises.
All items and currency that drop stay on your character. On your account: login after payment. With you in our party: nobody else logs in.
