Hourglass battles, your pick of Guardians of Fortune or Servants of the Flame, and you on your own pirate the whole time. No login needed; the order chat just needs the faction and your in-game name.
New pirates first need the Maiden Voyage, the company tutorials and Reaper's Bones level 25. A pirate who already had faction battle access keeps it.
