One boss is the wall for you, or a whole row of them is. Any V Blood boss you name killed on your character, so you get its blood and unlocks. Pick how many, 1 to 10, and the act the boss is in: Act I, Act II, or Act III or IV.
Write the boss names in the order chat. Whatever each one unlocks is on your vampire afterward, ready to use on the next fight you take yourself.
Your gear level should match the boss. Login after payment.
