Pick the region, EU or US, and the ruleset your character is on: Normal, PvP, Roleplay or Roleplay PvP. The account needs an active WoW subscription or game time, and orders placed before 4 November start from launch.
Levels 1-60 take 14 to 18 days, levels 1-50 take 9 to 12, levels 1-40 take 6 to 8, levels 1-30 take 4 to 5, levels 1-25 take 3 to 4, levels 1-20 take 2 to 3 and levels 1-15 take 1 to 2. From level 20, 25, 30 or 45 up to 60: 13 to 16, 12 to 15, 11 to 14 and 7 to 9 days. Forever is new, so these times are on the safe side.
With hours of play we play your character, and you send the login after payment. With group play you play yourself and our boosters join your group, so no login is needed.

Yes. Legacy Points come when a class reaches levels 25, 45 and 60 for the first time on your account.
At launch: 3 p.m. PST on 4 November, which is 00:00 CET on 5 November. Levels 20-60, 25-60, 30-60 and 45-60 start once your character reaches that level.
