At level 30 you choose what happens next: keep playing the character yourself, or move on to Levels 30-60, which picks up from exactly there. Until then, your World of Warcraft: Forever character is taken from level 1 to 30 on any ruleset (Normal, PvP, Roleplay or Roleplay PvP), in the EU or US region. Takes 4-5 days.
One Legacy Point arrives at 25 on a class new to the account. The character also ends inside the City of Dalaran range, 28-33, though that dungeon needs its attunement questline done before a run. The account needs an active WoW subscription or game time. Login after payment.
